Choices and Decisions

What's my goal. How do I get there. What about my resume. What kind of job can I get. Am I "Overqualified". Am I too old. Am I too young. I don't have enough experience. How do I market myself. How do I pay my rent. What do I do now.

We can face a lot of difficult choices and decisions when we're unemployed. This website is designed to support you in making those choices and decisions. We focus on the Job Search Process and the steps in that process. Learn the process, practice it, apply it and you'll have the tools, skills and confidence to go after the job you want.

The Job Search Process, as we define it here, consists of eight "modules". Each one is seperate and distinct, however since this is a process it's best to start at the beginning and finish at the end. That's because there's a temptation to just create the "Perfect Resume" and send it off to every opportunity. Certainly, a well constructed resume is mandatory, but it's not what's going to get you that position. So learn the process, practice it and apply it. That way you'll know what to do, how to do it and when to do it.
